  2. Company culture.

    1. Qualifications.

      1. Ed doesn’t care about your certificate, license, or any other qualification someone else says you have.

      2. All he cares about is that you can do the job. That means you have to come with real skills and produce.

      3. The person who can produce product is king.

    2. We value initiative.

      1. You’re at EZE primarily because we believe you can use your own mind to solve problems.

      2. If you don’t know the answer to something, do some research, ask, watch YouTube, use ChatGPT. If you find yourself taking up too much time to overcome the problem, ask fellow EZE staff.

      3. Don’t suffer in silence. Know when to ask for help. You can push against the problem for a couple of hours. We don’t have the budget for “looking at something” for a few days.

  3. Core values.

    1. We are good (Romans 5:7). We may be imperfect but we always seek do to the right thing. Sometimes at personal cost.

    2. Ed hates any kind of debt (Proverbs 22:7). There are many different ways this can be applied but idea is he values freedom. He doesn’t want anyone but Jehovah and Jesus dictating company operations.
